The BIS Virtual Office Address

What does the Virtual Office Address package provide?

  • Use of business address for company registration and/ or invoices, promotional and marketing literature etc.
  • Collect post at your convenience (letters and large letters only). The BIS office will receive your mail and hold it for you in a secure location for collection between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday (with the exception of Public Holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year).
  • The BIS will also sign for any registered post sent for your business, and will hold signed-for post for up to ten working days in a secure collection area.
  • Monthly rolling contract.
  • Email notification when you have uncollected items remaining.
  • Meeting Room hire (BIS office hours only; charges apply 25% reduction).
  • Additional Services – photocopying, scanning , printing (charges apply)
