The BIS is a managed workspace facility on the site of the former GPO building on Whitby Street, which provides unique offices, workshops and studios for businesses in the creative industry sector.
The workspace offers:
- Units range in size from 13sq m to 141 sq m.
- Easy in, easy out flexible tenancy
- High speed internet connection and telephone system (additional charge)
- Two fully equipped meeting/conference rooms for hire
- Stepped rental terms (Starting at £8 per sq/ft pcm, capped at £15 per sq/ft pcm)
- Utilities included
- Monitored CCTV & Alarm System
- ‘Atrium’ social space
- Parking available
- Small business rate relief can be applied for as appropriate.
