Tees Valley Combined Authority is inviting Tees Valley SMEs to participate in a research project which aims to understand how targeted HR consultancy can support businesses like yours. The research is done in collaboration with the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) and CIPD.
What is in it for you?

Who can join?
If you are a business with 5 to 249 people and are keen to access funded bespoke HR consultancy, we are looking for you.
Due to the nature of the research, not all businesses who sign up will receive the HR consultancy as it is assigned randomly. However, all participating businesses, regardless of whether they are selected for HR support, will receive a £70 Amazon voucher upon completing the follow-up survey and a chance to win £10,000.

The research is funded by UK Government and is being delivered in collaboration with the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) and CIPD. CIPD is responsible for selecting high-quality HR consultants with CIPD accreditation. After you register, BIT will be in touch with you within one working day to explain the next steps.
