The BIS were announced as winners in the Excellence in Planning for a Successful Economy category at the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) Awards for Planning Excellence 2021! Watch the award ceremony here. 

The BIS is a grade-II listed building, which was restored from a former Post Office to a home for creative industry sector business start-ups. This project was part of a regeneration and investment project, which is a great example of a successful investment in Hartlepool!
