As part of our Tobacco Control Strategy and Action Plan for Hartlepool we are trying to encourage as many as possible to complete the free NCSCT VBA training, as this would allow the individual to offer very brief advice to a smoker and be able to signpost them to specialist support services – meaning they could be a key part of the individuals journey to quit.
