Hartlepool Sixth Form College are getting ready for September 2023 and proactively seeking employers to support the talent development of our students by partnering with us for our new T level qualifications from September 2023.
T-levels are exciting new, two-year technical qualifications for 16 to 19-year-olds. Designed with the workforce of the future in mind, these qualifications include a crucial 45-day (315 hour) unpaid industry placement where the learners can develop both industry specific and employability skills.
Hosting a T Level student within your business for their industry placement can be a great way to identify talent – they can also support your business to grow. As a College group, we are keen to ensure that our curriculum and delivery are in line with regional employer’s needs. Work Placement students can be of real benefit to your organisation – they bring enthusiasm, new skills and fresh ideas.
