  • 13-17 Whitby Street has been purchased with Local Growth Funding from the Tees Valley Combined Authority.
  • Planning permission and Listed Building consent has been secured.
  • Gus Robinson's have been appointed as the contractor for project.
  • Fit-out of the Grade II Listed Building has commenced.
  • Marketing of the units has commenced.
